GAdsFactor implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

GAdsFactor's services are intended exclusively for businesses and individuals aged eighteen (18) and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of sixteen (16). If we become aware that personal data has been inadvertently collected from a minor, we shall take prompt steps to delete such information.

If you are a resident of California or another state with comprehensive consumer privacy legislation, you may have additional rights, including:

• The right to request deletion of personal information held by GAdsFactor.

• Security breaches at third-party service providers or platforms beyond GAdsFactor's direct control.
• Client negligence, including failure to safeguard login credentials, account access, or communication channels.
• Events constituting force majeure, including cyberattacks, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

In no event shall GAdsFactor's liability under this Privacy Policy exceed the total service fees paid by the affected individual or entity in the ninety (90) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

GAdsFactor reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes shall be communicated via telephone, SMS, or email no fewer than thirty (30) days prior to the effective date. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
